Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! I brought home a large serving of house fried rice AND a large serving of beef lo mein. I always empty the cartons into a pyrex bowl before I dish out the food. Can you believe? THE BOTTOM HALF OF BOTH CARTONS HAD "PREPPED NOODLES/RICE" WITH THE COOKED FOOD I REQUESTED ON TOP OF IT! I will not return. I paid for a full carton and I expect a full carton of the food I ordered. Not 50% of my ordered food spread on top of 50% filler.

This is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall chinese restaurant. They have some great deals though! Overall, I like the food and think it is worth a stop every now and again. Usually, my boyfriend and I get the rice and chicken wing meal for 5.50! I din't like their wonton soup, but I am definitely open to trying more of their menu.

Hole in a wall. Won't prefer to eat in but two thumbs up on take out! General Tso's Chicken is great. Brings back NY Chinese dining.

best chinese take out in the area in my opinion. the front of the restaurant is ran by their really young daughter and it seems like she's always there. my parents ran a business when i was younger as well so i share her pain in having to spend my days at work when i would rather be somewhere else!

It may "only" be NY style Chinese take-out, but it's *good* NY style Chinese take-out. The people could be a little friendlier, but they do have their young daughter running the front of house and I'd be angry if I had to spend my tween years working, too.

5 stars for Chinese Takeout. Delicious, and a great price.

In and Out Chinese food with good prices and taste. This is a great place to eat when you are looking for a guilty serving of Chinese food, and want to keep money in your pocket. It's a New York style eatery that provides quick and tasty food. The service is very fast for take out, and they double check the order so it's usually correct each time. "No complaints, it is what it is"

Not good at all! The fried rice was mushy, the lo mein wasn't good either. I've had better Chinese from Panda Express. Customer service wasn't very good either. I can take bad customer service if the food is good. I gave 2 stars cuz the egg rolls were descent.

Pretty good, can't beat a $6 lunch special. Beats the heck out of the other places close by for flavor too.

Great chicken wings with pork fried rice! Honestly everything else is good standard Chinese take out but the wings are the best in the area. Nice size and great taste all the other places I go are usually small and over cooked this place is juicy and big. Like I said everything is good nothing special.

I ate there on June 23, 2015. I ordered Hunan Chicken. The chicken was Rubber. I repeat RUBBER. Rice, sauce, vegetables tasted fresh and good, but the chicken was enough to make me puke. Chicken tastes like slimy, rubbery, dish gloves. Nice staff. Please prepare your proteins the right way and I'll come back.

Pretty much everything we've ever ordered has been amazing. You get free wonton soup when you order over $20 in food, they're fast and the food is super hot. Portions are big and the combos are a great deal! Be prepared to take out because there's not much seating.

Delicious food! I moved in two years ago just down the road from them and the whole first week this is what we lived on. Super yummy and pretty good prices too, I highly recommend it. I used to go to one near the old apartment it's not even close to as good as He Sheng.

I will vouch for the chicken wings... they are pretty good. Everything else wasn't that great. They did throw in free wonton soup in my takeout order, which was nice. My order had the chicken wings, fried dumplings, crab rangoon, beef chow fun and sesame chicken. Just thinking about it again makes me regret it.. minus the chicken wings lol. If I'm craving chinese chicken wings, this is where to go.

Some of the best Chinese takeout in East Orlando! Fast, affordable and absolutely delicious. If you are a Lo Mein fan, ask them to make it spicy- so good!

My family and I have been ordering from this place for a long time. We have lived in the subdivision next door for about 11 years now. The food is the best in the Orlando area. Always fresh and tasty. We like the freebies they give when you have a big order too. The food is always ready for pickup in 15 minutes or less.

Sometimes you're just in the mood for American (New York) style Chinese takeout. It seems harder and harder to find good 'bad' Chinese food around Orlando. This place is an exception. They are fast, tasty, and predictable. I would drive 15 minutes for this, if that means anything to you. Glad they are here, and not trying to do anything but make tasty food.

The food is excellent and fresh, its the best in town. The lady that answers the phone....not so friendly but that's the least of my worries.
(5)JR B.
Food is excellent. Best Chinese in town. Only down side is the girl that answers the phone every time is not very pleasant, but I keep going back so, guess its not that bad, would highly recommend.

Typical New York style Chinese food. They have all the basics. The sweet and sour chicken, the szechuan pork, eggrolls, you name it. The prices are very fair, the lunch special is about 5 bucks and includes a dish, a heaping mound of rice and a can of soda. Nothin fancy, nothin spectacular, just good old reliable take out for a good price. When you call in your order one of their kids answers the phone and takes your order very quickly with "uh huh, yeah, general tso's chicken? ok, 15 minute" *click* HAHA! That just cracks me up for some reason. They never take your name or number but when you walk in they have your food waiting, hot, and CORRECT. Every time. If I have a bigger order they usually throw in some free won ton soup (it even says free on it). If you live in the area or are visiting and need a quick bite this place is pretty good for that. Check em out.

Chinese take-out is usually either really good or just okay and this place is definitely really good. They don't add any MSG though so I have to add my own when I get home. They also use beef broth in the wonton soup instead of the chicken broth most Chinese joints use, and it quite a nice change up.
(4)Wesley O.
Honestly, this is probably some of the best chinese food in the area. You walk in, order, and 5 minutes later your food is ready. There's never a long wait, even when it's busy. I've never been disappointed by this place, it's my go-to chinese restaurant. All of their chicken dishes are delish, as is everything else I've had there. The portions are good, and their $4.50 lunch special is probably the best deal in town.
